白细胞介素-33/ST2通路研究进展及其在系统性血管炎发病机制中作用 被引量:2

摘要 IL-33也称为IL-1F11,是近年研究发现的IL-1家族的新成员,可由多种类型的组织和细胞产生,通过结合ST2L和IL-1受体辅助蛋白组成的异二聚体受体复合物诱导Th2型细胞因子的表达,参与调控免疫和炎症反应.前期的研究显示,炎症性关节炎(类风湿关节炎,脊柱关节炎)和弥漫性结缔组织病(系统性红斑狼疮,系统性硬化)患者血清IL-33表达水平明显升高,且与疾病活动度显著相关,IL-33/ST2信号转导通路发挥重要的调节作用[1].现就IL-33/ST2通路研究进展及其在系统性血管炎发病机制中的作用综述如下.
