多层螺旋CT成像技术的新进展 被引量:11

摘要 纵观多层螺旋CT的发展历程,大致可分为排层增加和能量成像2个阶段。第一阶段的40多年中,几大主流设备厂家沿着排层增加的方向不断更新设备,探测器从4排、16排、64排增加到320排,随着探测器排数的增加,扫描速度增快,心脏扫描的成功率增加。能量成像阶段是CT设备从解剖成像向功能成像及对物质定性、定量检查的阶段,更加关注图像质量、辐射剂量和拓展临床应用范围。多层螺旋CT技术的发展主要围绕以下几大技术热点展开。
