摘要 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、凝胶、MCI、反相高效液相色谱等各种柱色谱技术和现代波谱学方法,结合物理化学性质,从猪牙皂(Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis)醇提物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为:gleditsioside A(1)、gleditsioside B(2)、gleditsioside H(3)、gleditsioside I(4)、gleditsioside J(5)、gleditsioside K(6)、gleditsia saponins C'(7)、柽柳素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、新橙皮苷(9)、金圣草素-7-O-新橙皮糖苷(10)、丁香脂素-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11)、鹅掌揪苷(12)。其中化合物8~12为首次从该属植物中分离得到。 Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Fructus Gleditsiae Abnormalis by macroporous resin, silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and ODS column chromatographies. Their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral data as gleditsioside A(1), gleditsioside B(2), gleditsioside H(3), gleditsioside I(4), gleditsioside J(5), gleditsioside K(6), gleditsia saponins C'(7), tamarixetin-7-O-β- D-glucopyranoside(8), neohesperidin(9), chrysoeirol-7-O-neohesperidoside(10) ; syringaresinol- O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11), liriodendrin(12). Compounds 8-12 were firstly isolated from this genus.
