摘要
通过对深沟球轴承外圈分组进行热处理试验,分析了工艺参数对套圈热处理变形的影响,制订出合理的热处理工艺,减少了套圈热处理变形。
The inlfuence of technology parameters on heat treatment deformation of ring was analyzed on basis of grouping outer ring of deep groove ball bearing and making heat treatment test. The appropriate heat treatment technology was established, so that heat treatment deformation of ring was reduced.
