摘要
通过扫描电镜观察、低倍组织试验、硬度测试、金相组织分析等技术手段,对断裂螺栓件的失效原因进行分析和讨论,结果发现材料中心疏松是螺栓件脆性断裂的主要原因。
Through scanning electron microscope （ SEM ） ,macroscopic tests,hardness testing and microstructure analysis,the failure reasons of the bolt was analyzed and discussed.It was observed the center porosity of the material was the main reason of the brittle fracture bolt.
