摘要
提出了基于多模光纤光栅(FBG)和环形滤波器结构的多波长单纵模激光器结构。激光器以半导体光放大器为增益介质,利用其自发辐射起振,多模光栅作为波长选择器件。引入的掺铒光纤环形滤波器,限制了激光的振荡模式,得到了线宽为3.23k Hz的单纵模多波长激光。
A singlemode muti-wavelength fiber laser based on Multimode Bragg fiber grating(MM-FBG) and erbium-choped ring filter has been proposed. Semiconductor optical amplifier(SOA) is the gain medium of the laser,which Starts to oscillate by using its ASE. MM-FBG is the frequency selected device. The erbium-choped ring filter leads to the suppression of undesirable modes and achieved multi-wavelength and single longitudinal mode with the linewidth 3.23 k Hz.
