Investigation on nutritional status of students in Shunyi District of Beijing

摘要 目的通过了解北京市顺义区学生的营养状况及其影响因素,以便采取有效的预防和干预措施。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,通过学生营养健康状况监测调查表对北京市顺义区654名学生进行问卷调查。结果被调查的学生中,吃早餐、喝奶制品、吃豆制品、吃蔬菜、吃水果等健康饮食行为报告率分别为82.42%,54.74%,21.41%,96.18%,85.32%。吃蔬菜行为的报告率最高,吃豆制品行为的报告率最低。非健康饮食行为中,喝饮料、吃零食的调查报告率分别为22.32%,12.39%。饮食相关行为受性别、学习阶段、父亲学历、母亲学历、是否住宿等因素影响。在健康饮食行为中,父亲、母亲文化程度越高,喝奶制品的行为报告率越高;未住宿学生喝奶制品、吃豆制品、吃水果报告率高于住宿学生。结论应根据学生的特点,加强营养知识的健康教育,培养良好的生活习惯,防止成年期疾病的发生。 [Objective]To understand the nutritional status of students in Shunyi District of Beijing, analyze its influencing factors, and take effective prevention and intervention measures.[Methods]654 students were collected from Shunyi District of Beijing by using stratified cluster sampling method, and the questionnaire survey was carried out by the Student nutrition and health monitoring survey questionnaire.[Results]The report rate of healthy dietary behaviors of eating breakfast, milk products, soybean products, vegetables and fruits was respectively 82.42%, 54.74%, 21.41%, 96.18% and 85.32%. The report rate of eating vegetables was the highest, while that of eating soybean products was the lowest. The report rate of unhealthy dietary behaviors of drinking beverage and eating snacks was respectively 22.32% and 12.39%. Dietary-related behaviors were influenced by gender, learning stage, father's education level, mother's education level, and accommodation status. Among the healthy dietary behaviors, the students whose parents have higher education level showed the higher report rate of drinking milk products. The report rates of eating milk products, soybean products and fruits in boarders were higher than those in extems.[Conclusion]It is necessary to strengthen health education of nutritional knowledge according to the characteristics of students, and form the good habits, to prevent the occurrence of adult diseases.
