老年原发性肝癌患者自我感受负担的调查分析

Self-perceived burden among elderly patients with primary liver cancer

目的调查老年原发性肝癌(PLC)患者自我感受负担(SPB)状况,分析相关的影响因素。方法运用自编患者一般资料问卷、中文版自我感受负担量表对70例老年PLC患者进行调查分析。结果患者SPB得分为(30.16±6.41)分,处于中度负担水平,82.86%的患者存在不同程度的SPB。多元逐步回归分析显示:是否知情、家庭经济状况、生活自理能力、照顾者健康状况是SPB的影响因素。结论受多种个体因素差异的影响,大部分老年PLC患者存在明显的SPB,我们应采取相应的护理措施减轻其SPB。

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of self-perceived burden （ SPB） in elderly patients with primary liver cancer （ PLC ） . Methods Totally 70 elderly patients with PLC were investigated by a self-designed demographic questionnaire and the Chinese version of Self-perceived Burden Scale （SPBS）.Results The total score of SPBS was （30.16 ±6.41）, which was in a middle level, and 82.86%of the patients showed different level of burden.Multiple stepwise regression showed the influencing factors of SPB were understand the disease or not, family economic status, self-care ability and caregiver health status. Conclusions Most elderly patients with PLC have obvious SPB, which is influenced by multiple individual factors.We should take the proper measures to alleviate their SPB.
