综合康复疗法治疗陈旧性中央腱损伤术后手功能障碍的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in treatment of hand dysfunction after old central tendon injury operation

目的分析综合康复疗法治疗陈旧性中央腱损伤术后手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2014年2—10月于我院接受治疗的陈旧性中央腱损伤患者42例。随机将患者分为观察组(25例)和对照组(17例)。对照组常规宣教,主要强调保护。观察组进行术前术后宣教及综合康复疗法。分别在入院时、住院半个月、出院前1天对患者进行评估,出院后的2至4个月内定期随访。对比两组患者满意度及指关节主动活动度。结果观察组对疗效满意的患者占84.00%(21/25),TAM良好率为88.00%(22/25),均明显高于对照组的52.94%(9/17),41.18%(7/17)。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组对原工作的适应率为72.00%(18/25),显著高于对照组的29.41%(5/17)。差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合康复疗法应用于陈旧性中央腱损伤术后,不仅能提高患者的满意度,增加指间关节的主动活动度,还能增强患者对原工作的适应能力,提高患者的灵活性、握力及实用功能,疗效显著,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in treatment of hand dysfunction after old central tendon injury.Methods 42 old central tendon injury patients treated in our hospital from February-October 2014 as research object.Patients were randomly divided into observation group （25 cases） and control group （17 cases）.The control group with conventional education, main emphaswas on the protection of.The observation group with education and comprehensive rehabilitation therapy before and after surgery.At admission, hospitalization for half a month, the day prior to discharge patients were assessed, and discharged after 2 to 4 months with regular follow-up.Two groups compared with satisfaction and finger joint active degree.Results In observation group, the effect of satisfaction of patients accounted for 84%（21/25）, TAM excellent rate was 88%（22/25）, were significantly higher than those in control group 52.94% （9/17）, 41.18%（7/17）.The differences were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）.The original work adapt rate of observation group of 72%（18/25）, was significantly higher than that in control group 29.41% （5/17）.The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy applied in old central tendon injury after operation, not only can improve the satisfaction of patients, increase the active of the interphalangeal joint degree, but also enhance the ability to adapt to original work of patients, improve the patient＆#39;s flexibility, grip strength and utility function, has significant effect, is worthy of recommendation.
