摘要
图书馆查收查引服务发展迅速,但效率低、重复劳动明显、缺乏深化可持续发展。结合北京邮电大学图书馆实际工作构建的查收查引服务优化体系,包含Web在线服务系统、嵌入各类功能的软件、完善的检索策略、融入机构知识库的生态圈、综合多样化的业务及结合学科服务开展的学科评价。但是同时,该优化体系也有以下三个方面需要注意:优化体系要以人为本;机构知识库支撑查收查引需进一步完善;服务深化是未来发展趋势。
The paper index and citation service of the library grows fast, but has some problems, such as the low efficiention, the obvious repeated work, and lacking the deepening and sustainable development. The optimization system of the paper index and citation service which Is combined with the practice of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Library, includesthe Web on-line service system, the software embedded in all kinds of functions, the prefect retrieval strategy, the ecosphere merged into the institutional repository, the comprehensive and diversified business, and the discipline evaluation combined with the discipline service development. However, at the same time, the optimization system snould pay attention to three aspects: the optimization system should be people-oriented, the paper index and citation which Is supported by the insUtbtional repository needs to be further perfected , and the deepening service is the future development trend.
