美国图书馆3D打印规则研究及其启示

Researches on 3D Printing Rules of American Libraries and Its Enlightenment

美国图书馆在禁止事项、费用和其他3个层次对3D打印服务进行了规则制定,它对读者使用3D打印起到了有效的规范作用,从而最大程度地降低3D打印可能带来的负面影响。借鉴美国图书馆的经验,我国图书馆应明确禁止违法行为,根据自身条件灵活收费,对读者实行3D打印上岗培训制,避免让读者因规则远离3D打印服务。

American libraries have made rules for 3D printing from 3 levels, such as forbidden things, fees and other things, it has played an effective normative role for readers to use 3D printing, thereby minimizing the negative impact that 3D printing may bring. Leaming from the experience of American libraries, libraries in China should forbid illegal acts clearly, flexibly collect fees according to their conditions, implement 3D printing job training system for readers, and avoid making readers away from 3D printing service because of rules.
