摘要
东苕溪流域是太湖流域的重要组成部分,其洪水防御关系到杭州市及杭嘉湖平原的防洪安全。为分析东苕溪流域干流上防洪工程不同调度方案对流域水文特征的影响,基于东苕溪流域的地形特点,提出在东苕溪流域不同区域分别采用水文学模型和水动力学模型进行洪水演进的预报方法。根据2008~2011年数据资料,通过率定与验证确定了各水文水动力模型参数,并设定各种组合条件分析获得了水库分洪组合、降雨组合、分洪等工况下瓶窑站、北湖闸前的水位过程,为东苕溪流域防洪及各工程调度方案制定提供了参考依据。
Dongtiaoxi basin is an important part of Taihu basin,and its flood defense is directly related to flood control safety of Hangzhou City and Hangjiahu Plain.In order to analyze the impact of different scheduling schemes on hydrological characteristics of Dongtiaoxi basin,according to topographic features of Dongtiaoxi basin,this paper puts forward flood forecasting method by using hydrological model and dynamic model respectively in different regions of Dongtiaoxi basin.Based on the verification of data from 2008 to 2011,the parameters of hydrological model and hydrodynamic model are determined.By setting the terms of various combinations,the water level change process of Pingyao and Beihu are analyzed,which can provide reference for flood control and making project scheduling scheme in Dongtiaoxi basin.
