摘要
以南京市内秦淮河为例,基于MIKE11的一维水量水质数学模型模拟不同的引水流量工况,以引水改善水质后降低的河流污水处理费用作为工程经济效益指标,提出了成本与效益评估法用以评估计算引水流量与工程经济效益、工程运行成本、净效益的定量关系,最后分析得到合理的引水流量范围和最佳引水流量。结果表明,随着引水流量的增加,净效益先增大后减小,每次引水的净效益最大值为2.5万元,相对应的最佳引水流量为3.7m3/s。
Taking inland Qinhuaihe River in Nanjing City for an example,one-dimensional mathematical model of water yield and water quality based MIKE11 is used to simulate different operating conditions of water diversion.The reduction of wastewater treatment cost by improvement of water quality with diversion is taken as the indicator of project economic benefit.Furthermore,the cost and benefit evaluation method is put forward to find the quantitative relationship between the discharge of diversion water,project economic benefit,operation cost and net benefit.Finally,the reasonable range of diversion water and optimal discharge are obtained.The results indicate that the net benefit firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing of water discharge.The maximum net benefit of$25 000 was achieved when the discharge was 3.7m3/s.
