摘要
基于冷却塔用水轮机工作环境的特点,对全流道进行三维定常数值模拟,对比分析了超低比转速混流式水轮机与常规发电用水轮机参数选择设计的不同,并通过合理选择参数和数值模拟优化,开发出一种高性能的超低比转速混流式水轮机。算例分析表明,该新型水轮机不仅节能,还可以达到带动风扇旋转散热的目的,为其他行业合理利用富余能源提供了借鉴。
Based on the characteristics of water turbine's work environment,different design methods of Francis turbine with super-low specific speed and the conventional turbine for electricity generation were analyzed through three-dimensional steady numerical simulation.By selecting reasonable parameter and numerical simulation,a high performance Francis turbine with super-low specific speed is designed.The example show that the new turbine not only can achieve the goal of energy saving,but also provide reference of reasonable use of surplus energy for the other industry.
