摘要
针对配电公司与独立发电商共同参与下的分布式电源规划与决策问题,基于成本效益分析、DG出力和负荷时序特性,建立了以多个独立发电商收益净现值最大为目标的分布式电源多目标规划模型,应用改进非支配排序遗传算法求解得到Pareto最优解集;以网损、电压质量和延缓网络更新作为决策指标,结合配电公司偏好和数据客观信息,利用基于变异系数法和AHP法的组合赋权法确定指标权重,对Pareto最优解集进行Vague集多属性决策分析,选取出最利于改善配电网技术性能的分布式电源规划方案。并以Baran&Wu 33节点配电系统验证了该模型和算法的有效性。
Aiming at the problem of distributed power generation planning and decision making considering the participation of distribution companies(DISCO)and independent power suppliers(IPS),based on the cost-benefit analysis,time-sequence properties of DG and load,multi-objective distributed power genertion planning model is established by taking maximum net present worth of several IPSs benefits as the goal.An improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used to solve the model and Pareto optimal solution set is obtained.Network loss,voltage quality and delayed network renewal are chosen as the decision index.Considering the preferences of DISCOs and objective information of index,combination weighting method based variation coefficient method and AHP method is adopted to determine the index weight.Muti-attribute decision making method based Vague set is used to analyze the Pareto optimal solution set and the best distributed power generation planning scheme is obtained for improving the technical performance of distribution network.Finally,the effectiveness of the model and decision method are verified by BaranWu 33-bus distribution system.
