纸板方格蔟蔟片自动组装机的设计

Design of Automatic Assem bly Machine for Making Checker-partitioned Cocooning Frames Using Cardboard Plates

纸板方格蔟是蚕桑生产上广泛应用的优良蔟具。针对全手工组装纸板方格蔟蔟片效率低、劳动强度大、工作环境差等问题,参照纸板方格蔟规格的国家标准,设计纸板方格蔟蔟片自动组装机。样机主要包括横向蔟盘、纵向蔟盘、纵横组装机构、围框装置4个部分,整机由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制,可完全替代手工操作连续24 h工作,组装效率高(是手工组装效率的2倍),产品一致性好,且以无刺激气味的单面黏贴纸带替代了普通胶水。使用该机具代替人工生产纸板方格蔟,能够满足优质蚕茧生产对纸板方格蔟的大量需求。

Checker-cardboard cocooning frame is an excellent cocooning device widely used in sericultural industry. Aiming at solving the problems of manual assembly of this cocoon frame such as low efficiency,high labor intensity and poor working conditions,we designed automatic assembly machine for making checker-partitioned cocooning frames using cardboard plates according to the national standard stipulated on checker-cardboard cocooning frame product.The prototype machine is mainly composed of transverse plate tray,longitudinal plate tray,cross assembly device,and frame-adding device. The whole machine is controlled by programmable logic controller（ PLC） and can completely replace the manual work round the clock. It has the characteristics of high assembling efficiency（ 2 times to that of manual assembly） and good product uniformity. Meanwhile,the ordinary glue is replaced by single side adhesive tape without irritant smell. Using this machine to replace man power is able to meet the great demand of checker-cardboard cocooning frames for high quality cocoon production.
