摘要
目前,有关资料对外啮合齿轮泵工作原理的表述是不全面和较模糊的。通过吸油、输油、排油三个过程对完整的外啮合齿轮泵工作原理进行详尽分析,总结出吸、排油腔的容积变化规律,并说明了这种容积变化不会影响到吸、排油腔的油压变化。
At present, the domestic expression of working principle of an external gear pump is partial and fuzzy. Based on the analysis of the working principle by drawing, transporting and pressuring in detail, this paper summarizes the volume variation of oil drawing cavity and oil pressuring cavity, and gives an explanation that the volume variation will not affects pressure changing in the two cavities.
