摘要
运用低压固氮技术对马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢进行了表面改性,在MCF-10摩擦磨损试验机上考察了马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢低压固氮涂层与聚醚醚酮在水润滑下的摩擦学特性。通过对磨损率、摩擦系数等摩擦磨损数据及试件表面形貌的分析,得到其磨损机理,并探讨了此种材料配对在低噪声回水阀上的应用。研究结果表明,低压固氮后能够改善马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢与聚醚醚酮配对摩擦副的减摩特性,可应用于回水阀的阀芯及阀座,有效提高回水阀的工作寿命。
Themartensitic precipitation- hardening stainless steel has been surface modified bylow pressurenitrogen fixationtechnology.The tribological properties of the low pressure nitrogen fixation coating on martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel and polyetheretherketone(PEEK) have been studied at a MCF-10 friction and wear tester. The wear mechanism has been obtained by analyzing the friction and wear data such as wear rate and friction coefficient, and the surface morphology of the specimens have also been studied.The application of this material combination in the low noise return valve was discussed. The research results show that thelow pressure nitrogen fixation technology could effectively improve the antifriction properties of martensitic precipitation- hardening stainless steel and PEEK. This material combination could be applied in the seat and spool of the return valveand the working life of the valve could be improved effectively.
