摘要
为了提高MJ-120型流量计的计量准确度,根据该流量计的工作原理,首先从理论上推导了流量计瞬时流量的计算公式,通过AMESim软件建立了MJ-120型流量计的仿真模型,对不同参数进行批处理,分析流量计的压力—流量特性以及性能参数和结构参数对其输出流量的影响,这对MJ-120型流量计的性能研究具有一定的参考价值,为提高流量计的计量准确度提供了新思路。
In order to improve the metering accuracy of MJ-120 type flowmeter according to the working principle of the flowmeter, first of all, it deduced the calculation formulas of instantaneous flow rate of the flowmeter itheoretically. Through AMESim software established the simulation model of the MJ-120 type flowmeter,using different parameters to carry on the batch and analyze the pressure flow characteristics of the flow meter and performance parameters and structure parameters influence on the output flow rate, the study on the performance of the MJ- 120 type flowmeter has a certain reference value in order to improve the accuracy of measuring meter this study provides a new way of thinking。
