功能性电刺激结合运动疗法对急性脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响

目的探讨功能性电刺激结合运动疗法对急性脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法 72例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为康复组36例和对照组36例。康复组给予功能性电刺激和运动疗法;对照组仅给予运动疗法。两组患者均常规行药物治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后1个月评定两组患者的运动功能。结果治疗后,2组患者的肢体Fugl-Meyer运动功能积分、Barthel指数均有改善,但康复组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论功能性电刺激结合运动疗法可促进急性脑卒中患者运动功能的恢复。

Objective To investigate the effect of functional electrical stimulation（FES） combined with physical therapy on motor function of patients with acute stroke. Methods 72 patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group with 36cases in each group. The patients of the treatment group were treated with FES combined with physical therapy; and those in the control group only received physical therapy. All patients of two groups were treated by routine medication ,The motor function of all patient s was assessed before and one month after treatment . Results After treatment , the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment （ FMA ） , Modified Barthel Index （ MBI ） of all patients in the two groups improved obviously , but the effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01） . Conclusion Functional electrical stimulation combined with physical therapy are effective in promoting the recovery of motor function of patients with acute stroke.
