老年及老年前期患者心率和心律失常动态心电图分析

目的探讨老年及老年前期患者心率和心律失常的动态心电图改变。方法:将1734例45岁以上患者按年龄分为老年组(826例)和老年前期组(908例)。对2组患者的动态心电图监测结果进行心率和心律失常的分析比较。结果老年期组最高心率显著低于老年前期组(P<0.01)。老年期组心律失常检出率(97.58%)高于老年前期组(90.31%)。2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。各年龄组按Kleiger分级法和Lown分级法对房性和室性心律失常进行分级比较,显示老年组心律失常的级别较老年前期组高。结论:随着年龄的增长,患者心律失常的检出率增高,且心律失常级别有逐渐增高的趋势。窦性心动过速、室上性早搏、室性早搏和完全性右束支传导阻滞是老年人常见的心律失常。

Objective To investigate the heart rate and arrhythmia changes showed on DCG among the elderly and pre-elderly patients.Methods According to age differences,1734 cases were divided into two groups（elderly 826 cases） and group two（ pre-elderly,908 cases） Results It was evident that the highest heart rate of group one was lower than that of group two（P〈0.01）. Kleiger grading and Lown grading, it showed that the grads of arrhythmia of group one were higher than that of group two. Conclusion As ages grow by, the detection rates of arrhythmia are high and the grads are high as well. It＇ s common to find nodal tachycardia, superventricular premature beat,VPC and CRBBB among elderly people.
