摘要
采用激光-电弧复合焊技术焊接16Mn钢,研究了横焊工艺对接头组织及性能的影响。结果表明,热影响区主要组织为马氏体和少量残余奥氏体,具有较高的强度;焊缝区组织主要为针状铁素体、粒状贝氏体以及少量的低碳马氏体;接头抗拉强度可达510 MPa,弯曲强度可达1 800 MPa,冲击吸收功可达60.5 J,但随着钢板的增厚,接头的韧性有所降低。
16Mn steel was welded by means of laser-arc hybrid welding technology. The effect of horizontal position welding process on microstructures and properties of the joint was studied. The results showed, the heat affect zone consisted of martensite and small quantity of residual austenite, and the mechanical properties were superior. The weld zone consisted of needlelike ferrite and granular bainite and small quantity of low-carbon martensite. The tensile strength of the joint could reach 510 MPa, the bending strength could reach 1 800 MPa, the impact energy could reach 60.5 J. As the thickness of the steel plate increasing, hardening capacity increased. This reduced the toughness of the joint.
