摘要
通过对中国长三角地区247家企业的调研,发现企业内知识共享是组织记忆影响企业绩效一个重要因素.研究表明,短期来看,组织记忆和知识共享各自对企业绩效产生正向效应,其中程序记忆对知识共享没有显著作用;但是长期而言,组织记忆对企业绩效起正U形效应,知识共享对企业绩效起倒U形效应.同时,知识共享在组织记忆和企业绩效之间起了部分中介作用,即陈述记忆和程序记忆分别通过知识共享部分中介影响了企业绩效.研究结论有助于解释企业长期发展中组织记忆影响知识创新和传播的过程.
According to the investigation on 247 companies, knowledge sharing in the company was found to be an important factor to influence the firm performance. The research results show that both organization memory and knowledge sharing have positive effects on firm performance in short term. Meanwhile, procedural memory has no significant effect on knowledge sharing. In the long term, the relation between organization memory and firm performance is upright U shape, while the relation between the knowledge sharing and firm performance is inverse U shape. At the same time, it also shows that knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role between organizational memory and firm performance. The findings can help to explain the affecting process of organizational memory on knowledge innovation and transmission in the long-term development of the firms.
