摘要
GH1040合金主要采用中频感应熔炼-锻造-轧制-拉拔工艺生产。本文采用金相显微镜对锻造和轧制后的样品进行了分析,结果表明带状组织主要出现在轧制工艺过程中,而锻造方坯中没有出现明显的带状组织。通过对轧制样品进行固溶处理实验,实验结果表明:经过1200℃/1h/空冷的固溶处理后,带状组织消失,固溶处理后其抗拉强度下降,延伸率上升。
The production of GH1040 alloy wire mainly adopts medium frequency induction melting-forging-rollingdrawing process,In this paper,By using metallographic microscope has carried on the analysis to the forging and rolling sample,The results show that the banded structure mainly appeared in the rolling process, and no obvious banded structure in the forging billet process.Based on the rolling sample solution treatment experiment,The experimental results show that:after 1200 ℃ after solution treatment,the banded structure was refined, the decrease of tensile strength after solution treatment,the extension rate rise.
