摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,人民生活水平和对生活品质的要求不断提高,对生活居住小区的建设要求度也随之提升。居民对于居住需求已由原来的基本生理需求上升到了心里需求及文化需求层次。本文针对现阶段国内居住小区的现有问题及创新关键措施进行浅析,提出一些对于居住小区规划设计创新的看法。
with the continuous development of social economy,people’s living level and the requirement on the quality of life continues to improve,the construction of residential quarter of the requirements will increase.For the residents of the housing demand from the basic physiological needs is the original rise to psychological needs and cultural needs hierarchy. In view of the existing problems and innovation the key measures to the present stage domestic residential area to carry on the analysis, proposed some for residential planning and design innovation view.
