摘要
社区是人居环境基本细胞单元,混合社区具有多样化的组成元素、土地利用模式、使用功能、形式与形态的动态复合的人居环境基本单元。本文通过对混合社区概念的阐述,然后对混合社区理论模式进行了总结与分析,希望对社区的规划设计与建设管理有所启示。
the community is the basic unit of human settlements cells, mixed communities with diverse elements, mode of land utilization, the use of function, form and shape dynamic complex living environment basic unit. Based on the concept of mixed communities described, then to the mixed community theory modes are summarized and analyzed, enlighten the planning design and construction management of the community.
