本文针对我国已经进入老龄化社会的现状,探讨了老龄化社会转型趋势下中国养老模式的主流趋势。并以老年人在生理、心理、社会三方面的特殊需求为依据,以安全、便利、舒适和健康为原则,从老龄住宅外部环境应配建的设施入手,到老龄住宅的内部细节设计理念,研究探讨适合我国老龄社会的住宅建筑的设计思路与对策。

Aiming at the present situation of our country has entered the aging society,discusses the main trend of endowment pattern in China under the trend of aging society transformation.To the elderly and special needs in physiological,psychological and social three aspects as the basis,in a safe,convenient,comfortable and healthy for the principle,from the external environment should be built with residential facilities to start,to the internal details of the design concept of residential,To study the design ideas and countermeasures suitable for our aging society of residential buildings.
