浅谈新时期对高耗能行业用户用电的管理

加强高耗能企业用电管理,是贯彻落实国家节能减排政策的重要举措,是解决当前及今后一段时间电力供需矛盾的客观需要。本文对高耗能行业用户基本电费的收取方式以及负荷特征进行分析,并对其用电管理提出一些建议。
