摘要
为提升企业项目管理水平,优化管理机制,国内大型建筑企业普遍推行"法人管项目"模式,实现集约化、扁平化管理,以降低成本,提高效益。论文根据工程实施过程中存在的具体问题,分析原因并提出建设性改进意见。
In oder to enhance the management level of enterprise projects,and optimize the management mechanism,many large domestic companies have generally adopted the mode of enterpise legal person managing the project,and achieved the intensive and flat management,to reduce costs and improve benefits.The paper based on the based on specific issues that exist in the project implementation process,analyze the reasons and put forward constructive suggestions for improvement.
