分析2013清单与2008清单计价的区别

摘要 建设工程工程量清单计价在建筑工程中占有重要的地位。因此,我国建设工程的相关部门对以往的清单计价进行了不断的修订与改善,其中最新的修订版本就是2013版的建设工程工程量清单计价。对比于2008版的建设工程工程量清单计价有很大的改变。本文主要阐述了2013版清单规范修订修订的原因以及依据,并着重分析了2013版清单与2008版清单的区别,旨在为建设工程单位能够更好的理解2013版新清单规范提供一定的参考意义。 The construction project quantity list valuation plays an important role in construction engineering.Therefore,the relevant departments of construction projects in China to the previous list valuation has been revised and improved constantly, the revised version of the new construction project is the 2013 version of the bill of quantities.Construction project compared with the 2008 version of the bill of quantity change a lot.This paper mainly expounds the reason of version 2013 Specification Revision list and basis,and analyzes the difference between the 2013 edition and 2008 edition of the list list, designed to better for the construction unit to understand new version 2013 specification provides some reference list.
