土建工程造价控制中存在的问题与应对策略研究

造价控制作为土建工程施工管理中最为重要的组成部分,其工作水平不仅会对土建工程建筑产品的经济效益产生直接影响,同时也要作为土建工程项目中最为重要的经济技术指标,所以要求业主方和施工企业必须予以造价控制工作足够的重视,这对促进我国土建工程行业在新时期的健康发展有着重要意义。本文就当前土建工程造价控制中存在的一些常见问题进行简要分析,并结合作者自身经验提出了几项加强土建工程造价控制工作质量的策略。
