近年来,随着社会和经济的快速发展,我国建筑行业也获得更大的发展空间,与此同时,建筑监理的作用也受到了越来越多的重视。当前,我国建筑工程项目监理工作的开展主要是停留在施工阶段,而且存在着一些问题,影响了监理的质量,也无法保证建筑工程的质量,因此对我国建筑行业的发展也产生了一定的影响。基于此,本文就主要针对建筑工程项目监理中存在的问题进行简单的分析,并且提出相应的改进策略,以期促进建筑工程项目监理工作持续、有效的开展。
