建设工程项目融资的典型模式分析

项目融资作为一种新兴的融资模式在世界范围内迅速兴起并日益得到人们的重视。尤其是大型建设项目和重要基础设施项目,建设周期长、风险高、资金需求量大,对项目融资能力要求相对较高,筹集所需的巨额资金就成为项目顺利实施的关键。结合目前国内外建设工程项目融资的四种典型模式进行分析,同时对今后的发展提出自己的看法及展望。

Project financing as a new financing mode is booming in the world and it has been paid more attention.Especially the large construction projects and major infrastructure projects,the construction cycle is long, risk is high,capital demand is big,the project financing ability requirements are relatively high,a huge amount of money to raise needed has become the key to the smooth implementation of the project.Combined with the four typical models of domestic and foreign construction project financing are analyzed,at the same time put forward their views and prospects for the future development.
