摘要
通过在脱硫石膏-粉煤灰胶凝体系中添加不同作用的外加剂,制备出环保型广场砖,并对其力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,当半水脱硫石膏与粉煤灰的质量比为45∶35,添加10%水泥、5%Si C废渣颗粒、2%生石灰、0.8%FDN减水剂、2%Na2Si O3、0.2%CMC粉,在水胶比为0.3时,所制备的广场砖性能符合GB/T 23458—2009《广场用陶瓷砖》标准要求。
Environmental-friendly plaza tiles were prepared by adding different roles of additives into the FGD gypsum-fly ash cementitious system,and its mechanical properties were analyzed and tested. Experiments show that when the weight percentage of semi-hydrated gypsum and fly ash is 45:35,with 10% cement,5% SiC particles of slag, 2% lime,0.8% FDN,2% Na2SiO3,0.2% CMC,and water cement ratio of 0.3,the tested performance indicators of the tile prepared are in line with the requirements as specified in GB 23458--2009 "Plaza Tiles".
