喷涂速凝型聚合物乳液建筑防水涂料的研制 被引量:2

摘要 以乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯乳液或丙烯酸酯乳液为主要成膜物质,复配成膜助剂、无机填料、稳定剂、分散剂、消泡剂等制成A组分,以速凝剂、促进剂、水等制成B组分。A、B组分按照一定比例喷涂速凝形成防水涂膜。测试结果表明,涂料凝胶时间3~10s、拉伸强度1.8~3.6MPa,延伸率350%~700%,耐水、耐碱性能较单组分聚合物乳液防水涂料优异,绿色环保,施工进度快。 Using ethylene vinyl acetate latex or acrylic emulsion as the main film components,while mixed film-forming a- gent, inorganic filler, stabilizer, dispersing agent, defoaming agent to form A component,using the quick setting agent,accelerator, wa- ter and other components to from B component. According to a certain proportion,spraying and mixing A component and B com- ponent,then fast curing to form waterproof coating. The test shows that the coating curing time is 3-10 s,the tensile strength of 1.8-3.6 MPa, elongation rate of 350%~700% ,water resistance and alkali resistance performance are better than single polymer emulsion waterproof coating, environmental-friendly,fast construction progress.
