摘要
武器系统的运载器用于水下发射,设计中需考虑在满足力学与重心位置约束的条件下,实现轻量化设计。根据初始参数及最大应力值的约束条件确定厚度与半径值的基本范围,进而在重心位置的约束条件下,分析厚度、半径值对质量的灵敏度大小,最终确定合理参数并实现运载器轻量化设计目标。
As the launch vehicle of a weapon system is used to be launched under the water, to achieve light weight design, mechanics and location of center-of-gravity should be considered. Based on the initial parameter and maximum stress, the scope value of radius and thickness is finalized. Furthermore, within the confines of the location of center-of-gravity, sensitivity of radius and thickness to quality are analyzed, and then the reasonable parameter is finalized and the light weight design is achieved.
