摘要 表观遗传学是遗传学研究的热点,然而针对畜禽的研究还处在起步阶段。表观遗传学的范畴包括组蛋白质修饰、DNA甲基化、microRNA调控等。本文综述了丁酸和植物提取物等饲料添加剂作为组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)抑制剂在模型动物及畜禽上的研究进展。 Researches in epigenetics have gained wide attention, but relative studies regarding farm animals are still in an infancy period. Epigenetics include three aspects: histone modification, DNA methylation and mi-croRNA regulation. This review focused on the advances of the effect of feed additives, such as butyrate and plant extracts, on model animal and livestock as inhibitors of histone deacetylases ( HDAC) .
