According to the U.S.federal government’ s 2015 fiscal year budget which president Obama submitted in March 2014,the paper analyzed the investment structure of the America’s 2015 fiscal year R＆D budget,as well as the main department distribution and R＆D plans.Based on summarizing the main characteristics and the main fields of the R＆D investment in the 2015 fiscal year,it puts forward some focus points of R＆D direction and enlightenments.
