在界定技术市场和区域创新能力概念的基础上,深入分析技术市场对区域创新能力的影响机理,并构建计量模型,利用中国大陆30个省(区、市)2006-2010年的技术吸纳额和技术输出额的面板数据,就技术市场对区域创新能力的影响力和影响途径进行检验。研究结果表明,技术市场通过技术内生增长、技术扩散以及市场对资源配置的基础性作用等可以促进区域创新能力的提升;技术市场不管是技术引进还是技术输出,对区域创新能力都有积极影响,但技术输出的影响力相对较大。

This article summarizes the innovation capability,influential competence,and other factors for technology mar-ket.The paper established a theoretical prototype,which demonstrates the technology market’s influence on the innova-tion capabilities in its areas.With an all -rounded and systematic analysis,a computational prototype is created to further confirm the influential factors.The article’s conclusions include：technology market is driving the innovation capabilities;technology market,regardless of importing or exporting technologies,is proportional to the regional’s innovation capabili-ties,while exporting technology has a deeper influential ability.
