皖江示范区市域间产业趋同现状及对策

Analysis of Industry Similarity Status and Countermeasures among Cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area

皖江示范区市域间三次产业、重点发展产业以及相对优势产业存在趋同化现象。皖江示范区内各城市经济功能定位的趋同化、惯性跟进国家的区域规划与产业发展战略以及承接产业的趋同化,是导致其产业趋同化的重要原因。因此,皖江示范区内各城市应立足于经济功能差异化定位,审慎选择与承接战略性新兴产业,注重延伸传统产业的产品链与价值链、做大做强优势产业,建立市域间产业分工与合作机制,从而实现产业转型升级与经济协调发展。

There is a similarity phenomenon of the three industries,key industries and comparative advantage industries a-mong cities in Wanjiang Demonstration Area.An important reason of leading to the industry assimilation is the economic functions similarity among cities,inertial following of the national regional planning and industrial development strategy, and the similarity of undertaking industries among in Wanjiang Demonstration Area.Therefore,these Cities should choose and undertake carefully strategic emerging industries based on the differential positioning of their economic functions,ex-tend the product -chain ＆value chain of their traditional industries,make competitive industry bigger and stronger,pro-mote improvement and upgrade their industry structure through establishing the mechanism of industry division and regional co -operation.All these contribute to the sustainable development of economy in Wanjiang Demonstration Area.
