摘要 目的对中药统一化色谱指纹图谱的规范数字化和定量评价方法进行研究,增补5个新统一化消除参数。建立石斛夜光丸(SHYGP)的统一化指纹图谱(UFP),用30个相对统一化特征参数进行评价。方法采用RP-HPLC法建立12批SHYGP指纹图谱,用"中药色谱指纹图谱超信息特征数字化评价系统4.0"软件计算其统一化指纹图谱和30个相对统一化特征参数。用系统指纹定量法分析UFP结果并与正常HPLC谱评价结果进行比较,并用校正UFP评价了12批SHYGP质量。结果统一化参数评价以RFP和S11最佳,S5可以作标准制剂。结论 UFP能数字化评价图谱的优劣,同时能定性定量评价中药质量。 Objective To study the standardized digitization and quantified evaluation method for unified fingerprints, add 5 new unified elimination parameters, to establish unified fingerprints for Shihu Yeguang pills(SHYGP) evaluated by 30 unified parameters. Methods The 12 batches of SHYGP fingerprints are established by RP-HPLC. And the software of "the digitized evaluation system for super-information characteristics of the TCM fingerprints" was used to generate the unified fingerprints and 30 unified parameters of 12 batches of SHYGP fingerprints. The UFP results are analyzed by systematically quantified fingerprint method(SQFM) and compared with those of the normal fingerprints, in which the quality of 12 batches of SHYGP were evaluated by corrected UFP. Results RFP and S11 were the best unified evaluation parameters, and S5 could sever as the standard preparation. Conclusion Fingerprints can be evaluated by UFP digitally, and the quality grade of TCM can also be accurately evaluated by UFP.
