摘要
目的建立陈皮挥发油的气相色谱(GC)指纹图谱分析方法,为全面控制和评价陈皮挥发油的质量提供依据。方法用水蒸气蒸馏法提取,采用GC法,以柠檬烯为参照物对10批陈皮挥发油进行指纹图谱分析。色谱条件:采用HP-INNOWAX为毛细管柱(30 m×320μm,0.5μm),进样口温度250℃,检测器温度为250℃,程序升温为初始温度70℃,以3℃·min-1升至240℃,保持5 min。载气流速为1 m L·min-1,分流比为50:1。结果建立了陈皮挥发油GC指纹图谱共有模式,标示出25个共有峰,10批陈皮挥发油相似度均>0.9。结论本方法准确可靠、重复性好,可专属地研究陈皮挥发油的指纹图谱并为全面控制其质量提供依据。
Objective To establish the GC fingerprint of volatile oil of orange peel the comprehensive control and assessment of the quality of volatile oil of orange peel. Methods The orange peel was extracted by steam distillation, and the GC method was used. The HP-INNOWAX capillary column(30 m×320 μm,0.5 μm) was used with the sampling temperature at 250 ℃ and the FID detector temperature was 250 ℃. The temperature programing was adopted with the initial column temperature at 70 ℃ and then increased by 3 ℃·min- 1 to 240 ℃,maintain 5 min. The flow rate of the carrier gas was 1 m L·min- 1, with the split ratio of 50 :1. Results The GC fingerprint of the volatile oil in the orange peel was established, 25 common peaks were identified, and the similarity of 10 batches of samples were above 0.9. Conclusion The method is reliable and accurate with good reproducibility, which provides certain reference for controlling the quality of the volatile oil in the orange peel.
