摘要
目的优化复合酶酶解辅助水提取戈宝红麻叶总黄酮的小试工艺条件。方法对提取时间、温度、料液比、酶用量、p H值等条件进行单因素考察,根据单因素考察结果设计正交试验,以总黄酮得率为指标进行考察,并进行验证试验。结果优化的提取条件:温度50℃,酶量0.16 m L·g-1,p H值为5.5,料液比为1:20,时间1.5 h,在此条件下总黄酮提取率可达到2.74%。结论酶解辅助提取戈宝红麻叶总黄酮效果较好,应用前景广阔。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of flavone in Apocynum Venetum L. based on compound enzyme. Methods The single factor test was performed to determine the effect of extraction time, material-liquid ratio, extraction temperature, and the concentration of cellulase and p H on the yield rate of flavone from the leaves of Apocynum Venetum L.. The process of extracting flavone based on cellulose was optimized with orthogonal test. Results The optimized extraction condition was: the extraction temperature was 50 ℃, the quantity of cellulase was 0.16 m L·g-1, the p H was 5.5, the material-liquidratio was 1 :20 and the extraction time was 1.5 h. Under this condition, the extraction ratio of flavones reached 2.74%. Conclusion The extraction efficiency of flavones from Apocynum Venetum L. leaves based on cellluase is better.
