微波消解-氢化物发生-ICP-OES法快速检测中药朱砂中痕量砷 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立微波消解-氢化物发生-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(微波消解-HG-ICP-OES)测定朱砂中痕量砷(As)含量。方法经微波消解对11批样品进行预处理,采用HG-ICP-OES法进行检测。结果 As的标准曲线回归方程的相关系数为1.000,检出限为0.369 6μg·L-1,重复性良好(RSD=2.7%),加样回收率在95.1%~102.9%。结果表明,不同产地的朱砂中As含量相差较大,其中有几批As含量超标。结论微波消解-HG-ICP-OES法具有快速、灵敏、准确、背景值低、抗干扰能力强等优点,该方法适合中药朱砂中As的痕量检测。 Objective To establish a microwave digestion-hydride generation-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(microwave digestion-HG- ICP-OES) method to determine the content of As in cinnabar. Methods Totally 11 batches of cinnabar were pretreated by microwave digestion and the content of As was determined by HG-ICP-OES. Results The correlation coefficient of linear regression equation for As was 1.000, the detection limit was 0.369 6 μg·L- 1, and the RSD was 2.7%. The recovery was at 95.1%- 102.9%. The content of As varied widely from different areas, and a few samples exceeded the standard. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive and reliable, with low background value and strong anti-interference ability.
