高职院校大学生养成教育有效途径探讨——以中华女子学院高职学院为例

On the Effective Methods of Formative Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:Taking Higher Vocational College of China Women's University as an Example

高职院校大学生作为我国高技能应用型人才在国家建设中起着越来越重要的作用。为了更好地提高高职学生综合素质,推动学生"知、情、意、行"四个方面的素质健康发展,以高校为平台,应以教育工作者为主要力量,动员各方面力量参与,全面推动养成教育。本文结合当前形势,探索了高职院校开展大学生养成教育的有效途径。

As highly skilled talents, higher vocational college students in our country are playing a more and more important role in national construction. In order to improve the students＇ comprehensive quality in cognition, emotion, perseverance and behavior, educators should use colleges as a platform and mobilize all the strength to participate in the formative education. This article explored effective ways to carry out the formative education for college students in higher vocational colleges.
