摘要
我国中职新进教师专业发展存在职前教育水平不一、早年受教育经验的不利影响以及现行的入职引导不足的问题。分析美、英、澳三国的新进教师入职引导经验,提出我国中职新进教师入职专业发展的策略:一是更新入职专业发展的内容;二是完善入职专业发展的熟悉与引导、培训与研讨、评估与交流三个阶段。
There are several problems in the professional development of the new teachers from secondary vocational schools: uneven pre-occupation educational levels, negative influence from early education experience and inefficiency in current orientation. This article has analyzed the orientation training experience of United States, Britain and Australia for new teachers, and has put forward professional development strategies for our country's new secondary vocational and technical education teachers: First, update the content of the professional development orientation; second, improve the three stages of professional development orientation to get familiar with it and provide guidance, training and research, evaluation and communication.
