高职院校学生创业意愿及其影响因素的实证研究——基于广州7所院校的调查

An Empirical Research on Higher Vocational College Students' Business Starting Intention and Its Influence Factors——A Case from 7 Colleges in Guangzhou

基于广州市7所院校在校生的调查,实证研究了高职院校学生的创业意愿及其影响因素。通过研究发现:家庭创业史、完善的高校创业教育活动、创业所在地政府对创业活动的支持、拥有志同道合的创业伙伴和具备创业资金支持等五个方面对大学生创业意愿的形成均有显著影响;同时,性别和应届生身份作为个体特质对大学生创业意愿的形成也有显著影响。

Based on the survey of 7 higher vocational college students in Guangzhou, this paper has carried out an empirical research on business starting intention and its influence factor of higher vocational college students. The results have shown that family members＇ business starting experience,complete business starting activities in colleges, local government support for business starting activities,like-minded partners and funds are the five elements that have an obvious effect on students＇ business starting intention. In the meanwhile, gender and the status of fresh graduates have significant effect on their business starting intention as well.
