摘要
通过问卷调查,从调查中获得了高职大学生求职的负面行为特征,表现为高职大学生求职目标以海量撒网"碰运气",求职方式以网络求职,求职策略以等应聘通知,求职结果以"屡败屡战"不反思为主等。基于高职大学生这些行为特征,概括总结出了高职大学生求职行为的有效模式,即要通过职业搜寻目标和职业期望筛选求职目标,加强高校就业指导,采取全方位、多方式求职方式,进行必要的"包装"和必要的、主动求职技巧,采取积极的求职心态,不断完善自我,从而实现高职大学生较好、充分的就业。
Through a questionnaire, the characteristics of negative job hunting behavior of college students are obtained. It has shown that in their job hunting, students send out large amount of application letters to "try luck" in internet, their job hunting strategy is around waiting for employment notification and the results are failures without reflection. Based on these behaviors, this paper has put forward effective modes for student job hunting. The modes are: search occupational objects and employment expectation to select employment objects, strengthen employment guidance, encourage comprehensive and multimode job hunting, and apply necessary "packaging" and necessary and active job hunting skills and practice steady self-improvement in order to realize students' better and full employment.
