混凝土泵车底盘传动轴系布局研究

摘要 以空间多万向节传动当量夹角理论为基础,建立混凝土泵车衣盘传动轴轴系空间三万向节传动轴系模型。分析了万向节中心坐标值变化对当量夹角的影响,进行传动轴系布局优选设计并应用于工程实践,证明具有良好的减振降噪效果。 With the GTR40 universal quick connector as the study objective,The finite element model was built in HyperMesh software.The static analysis and modal analysis was made by Nastran software.By applying Nastran a static analysis under two typical conditions is carried out for Fixed Type Hydraulic Crusher,and the corresponding distribution of stress and deformation is obtained.In addition a modal analysis is done to get natural frequencies and vibration shapes under the first six modes,which results could be seen as the theoretical basis for improving optimization design.
