Real-time data push and integration technology for MES

为适应某公司CNC全自动生产线生产过程管理集成化、自动化、智能化的需求,运用多种数据集成方式实现与SAP系统和WMS系统的集成。采用Silverlight富客户端技术,基于WCF Ria Service及WCF双工通讯,实现生产数据的双向实时推送,保证了各工位之间信息实时传递。最终实现对生产全过程的实时管理、集成控制及高效生产。

To meet the needs of the CNC automatic production line process management of integration,automation and intelligent of a company,a variety of data integration approach is used to achieve the integration with the SAP system and WMS systems. Based on WCF Ria Service and WCF duplex communication,two-way real-time push of production data was achieved by using Silverlight rich client technology. The real-time transmission of information between the various stations is ensured. Finally,the real-time management is achieved,integrated control and efficient production during the whole production process.
